Bundle the Construct library to help with writing import/export scripts
[Construct](http://construct.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) is a third-party Python library that lets you define the structure of a binary filetype in a fairly simple fashion; once you do, the library takes care reading and writing that filetype for you. (Construct isn't the only one—there are similar libraries like [Kaitai Struct](http://kaitai.io/) and [Hachoir](http://hachoir3.readthedocs.io/).) Currently, import and export scripts have to handle binary reading and writing on their own, usually via the built-in struct module. I've found that working with Construct is faster and much easier, and the resulting code is easier to read.
