Ability to change scale and dropoff for the proportional editing with F button
The brushs/sculping tools uses the "F" shortcut and it would be neat if the proportional editing could use the same method. F could be connected to the radius and the Shift-F could be the profile for example.

These should already be fairly easy to remap yourself with the keymap editor. Or is this a proposal for changing the default keymap (currently scrolling the mouse to adjust radius and <kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>O</kbd> to change profile).

I have not found a way to reconfigure the Transform Modal Map to behave like the Brush radial control. Not sure If I would dear to suggest a change in the default keymapping since I wouldn't know the extent of the change without trying. But on the other hand... there is an inconsistancy here. Would you not agree?

It could be rationalized either way, I think. For most people, I think that proportional editing is very different from sculpting or painting, so it's not necessarily jarring that proportional editing's hotkeys would be different. Furthermore, if the hotkeys were the same, users would expect configuration and behavior to be the same. That is, in sculpt and paint, you have full control over the fall-off curves for brushes. In proportional editing, we only have the provided presets. If the maps were made the same, then that (among other things) would likely have to change... ultimately, those changes might have to propagate through to the rest of the modeling workflow. That, in and of itself, isn't necessarily a bad thing... but my point is that a modification to the default behavior has greater implications for the over all user experience. All that said, if it's not possible to remap the hotkeys for changing proportional edit's influence area, that should likely be considered a bug.

It could be any other key. But opportunity to quickly change proportional size would be usefull it eg. you have very small prop size and you wanna quickly change to very big, and you have to scroll to 3 sec to get proper size. Anyway, those shortuts for tool keys are not hardcoded?
